Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur on Tuesday called for the formation of the full-bench court in line with the Islamabad High Court's (IHC) judges letter.
Expressing his thoughts, CM Gandapur said: "The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) fouder had urged the need to seek the rights of the province. I will take every step for the sake of the uplift of the province. "
"I will meet the premier and use all the ways to get the rights of the province," he said.
Speaking about the smuggling, CM Gandapur said: "I will soon tell you all that smuggling is not being done in my province. I will not compromise by any means on the rights of the province."
He reiterated the claim that the rigging was carried out in the recently held elections, saying, "The fake cases against us should be ended soon, otherwise, we will use all other means. I am ready to face punishment if the figures that I am telling are wrong."
"Only 25 from the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) and 13 from the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) emerged victorious in the general elections," GM Gandapur added.

Earlier today, PTI leader Barrister Gohar Ali Khan said on Tuesday that the party founder had asked to form a full-bench court on the Islamabad High Court's (IHC) judges letter.
Expressing his thoughts, Gohar said: "It is good to see that the Supreme Court (SC) has taken suo motu notice of the IHC judges' letter.".
Khan urged the need to announce the verdict of the PTI founder's disqualification as soon as possible. "There is a dire need to ensure that no one interferes in the judiciary," he added.
Speaking about Bushra Bibi, Khan asserted: "Bushra Bibi is being kept in isolation."
In line with the postponement of the Senate elections in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), Khan said: "We strongly condemn the delay of the postponement of the elections in KP."
