– Opposition is not being treated fairly –
Separately few days back, PTI leader Barrister Gohar Ali Khan said on Sunday that the opposition is not being treated fairly.
Expressing his thoughts, Gohar said: “We are having reservations about not airing Omar Ayub’s speech live. We have recorded our protest before the speaker.”
“It will be difficult to remain united if same attitude is directed towards the opposition,” he added.
Separately, Ayub called for an impartial inquiry into the events of May 9, and also demanded to release of the PTI's political detainees.
Addressing the post-PM voting session of the National Assembly, Ayub stressed the need for justice, stating that the PTI leadership had been unjustly detained as political prisoners.
