Hosted by the charismatic Karan Johar, the competition, themed "Beauty with a Purpose," featured 112 contenders from across the globe vying for the coveted title.
Czech Republic's Krystyna Pyszková emerged triumphant, showcasing unwavering perseverance and talent. After months of rigorous preparation, Pyszková conquered the competition, defeating 111 contenders to be crowned Miss World. Her victory symbolizes dedication and serves as inspiration to aspiring beauty queens worldwide.

The crowning moment, emotional and teary-eyed, saw last year's winner, Miss World 2022 Karolina Bielawska of Poland, passing the prestigious title to Pyszková. In the top four were Yasmin Azaytoun of Lebanon, Aché Abrahams of Trinidad & Tobago, and Lesego Chombo of Botswana, who pitched to Shark Tank judges.
Sini Shetty, India's representative, secured a commendable top-eight finish. The event also honored Nita Mukesh Ambani with the Miss World humanitarian award for her charitable contributions. Priyanka Chopra Jonas conveyed her message during the award ceremony.

Miss World Martinique, Axelle René, advanced as a quarter-finalist, winning the Top Model Competition. Various awards, including Sports (won by Lucia Begic of Croatia), Beauty with Purpose (claimed by Leticia Frota of Brazil), and Multimedia (secured by Huynh Phuong of Vietnam), added to the evening's glitz.
The top 40 contenders showcased global diversity, featuring representatives from Brazil, Uganda, Ukraine, Nepal, and more. Neeta Mukesh Ambani's Humanitarian Award recognition added a philanthropic touch to the glamorous event.
