The Sindh government was looking to tighten the noose around the drug dealers on Monday.
Sindh Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon vowed to take strict action against the drug dealers and the facilitators. Memon said: “We will have to end the menace of drugs from Sindh,” he added.
Memon stated: “Pink buses for women will be increased. We will start an automated fare collection system on April 18.”
Earlier today, PPP leader Shazia Marri said that the government should take its allies on board over the International Monetary Fund (IMF) deal.
Expressing her thoughts, Marri fired a broadside at the political opponents, saying, “It was in the past that one person used to talk about opting for suicide rather than approaching the international lender.”
“He approached the IMF and agreed on all the conditions imposed by the international lender,” she said.
Marri said, “There is no possibility of making a change in the NFC Award.”
