Bushra Bibi, the former first lady, has reached Adiala Jail under tight security arrangements to meet her husband, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Founder Imran Khan, on the auspicious occasion of Eidul Fitr.
Accompanied by security personnel, Bushra Bibi was escorted from her residence in Bani Gala, where she is also under house arrest, to Adiala Jail, where Imran Khan is currently held. The road leading to the jail was closed on one side to ensure a smooth passage for Bushra Bibi's visit.

Bushra Bibi will be allowed to meet Imran Khan on the occasion of Eid following court orders in this regard.
Meanwhile, outside Adiala Jail, PTI workers gathered to protest in support of Imran Khan, chanting slogans in solidarity with their leader. The protest was led by PTI North Punjab President Seemabia Tahir.
However, their attempts to approach the main gate of the jail were foiled by the police, as the road leading to Adiala Jail was blocked.

Upon being stopped from going beyond the Jail Colony Gate, the PTI protesters dispersed.
