Pakistan Peoples’ Party (PPP) chairman Bilawal Bhutto has firmly declared that the decision not to join the central government is irrevocable.
Speaking the media at the Parliament House, he emphasised that despite talks of reconciliation during the joint session of Parliament by the President, the opposition remains disinterested in parliamentary affairs.
The PPP chairman criticised the opposition for prioritising personal gains over the welfare of the people, condemning unruly behavior such as abuse and whistling in the House as uncivilised.
Commending the Sindh Police for their efforts in thwarting a terrorist incident in Karachi, the former foreign minister expressed concern over the trend of terrorist organizations operating within Pakistan with support from abroad.
He attributed the current rise in terrorism to the policies implemented by the former PTI government.
