Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif felicitated on Sunday Sadiq Khan on becoming the London mayor for the third consecutive term.
Expressing his thoughts, the premier said: "Becoming the London mayor for the third consecutive term is the clear proof of Sadiq Khan's intelligence and services he rendered for the people."
PM Shehbaz said: "I would like to felicitate Sadiq Khan on scoring the hat-trick in terms of electing as the London mayor again."
"A son of British Pakistani had not only made his parents proud but the entire Pakistani nation," the premier said.

PM Shehbaz maintained: "I would like to extend my best wishes to Sadiq Khan for his further success."

Separately, few days back, the premier said that those who harmed the country's economy will be held accountable.
Addressing the federal cabinet, the premier said: "We will have to take tough decisions for the sake of the country.

Taking a dig at the political opponents, the premier said: "I had no idea where the transparent government was running the country.
“We are implementing the agenda of the economic referendum. The situation is getting better with our joint efforts,” he added.
The premier was of the view that the country witnessed an increase in its exports.

"The track and trace system of the cigarette's manufacturing was nothing but fraud," said PM Shehbaz.
The decision has been taken to control power theft and strengthen the transmission system.
