In April, following a court order, the wife of PTI founder Bushra Bibi underwent medical examinations, with reports revealing details of her health status.
The former first lady, Bushra Bibi, underwent an endoscopy at a private hospital in Islamabad, along with additional tests such as ultrasound, echo, and ECG.
According to doctors, all reports indicate a minor gastro problem for the PTI founder’s wife, with clear results overall. However, she refused to provide a blood sample for testing.
The medical reports will be documented by the private hospital and shared with the Superintendent of Adiala Jail, as per the court's directive.
Additionally, arrangements are being made to send the reports to PIMS and Dr. Asim of Shaukat Khanum. Notably, police personnel were deployed inside and outside the medical facility during the examinations to ensure security.
