The Supreme Court is currently deliberating on appeals against the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) amendment decision, with the federal government submitting additional documents to counter claims made by PTI Founder Imran Khan.
In a comprehensive submission to the Supreme Court, the federal government denied allegations that Imran Khan's legal team was denied access to him. To support their stance, the government provided a detailed list of meetings between the PTI founder, his family, and his legal team. These documents aim to refute Khan's assertion of being in solitary confinement without access to his lawyers.

"The claim of the PTI founder being in solitary confinement is incorrect," stated the federal government's report, which also included a list of visitors who have met with Imran Khan during his imprisonment. The government emphasized that Khan has been granted all necessary facilities in jail, including access to books, an air cooler, and a television.
The PTI founder had previously taken a stand in the Supreme Court, claiming that he was denied access to his legal counsel. In response, the federal government's latest submission aims to clarify and counter these assertions, presenting a narrative of regular visits and adequate facilities.
Furthermore, the government suggested that, if the court finds it appropriate, a commission could be appointed to examine the statements and facts presented by the PTI founder. This proposal indicates the government's confidence in their position and willingness to allow further scrutiny.
