The operation, which has seen the arrest of more than 81,000 individuals involved in electricity theft, marks a significant step towards economic stabilization and energy conservation.
From June 16 to June 30 alone, substantial amounts were recovered from various regions. Authorities in Lahore, Gujranwala, Faisalabad, Multan, and Islamabad managed to reclaim Rs48 million. Similarly, a focused effort in Peshawar, Hyderabad, Sukkur, and Quetta yielded another Rs38 million.
