In 12 cases of the May 9 riots, the founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) approached the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) for bail.
The plea stated that founder PTI was on judicial remand in all cases and there was no recovery of any kind from founder PTI.
The plea stated ATC should approve the application for bail after the arrest.
The PTI founder has pleaded for release in other cases including the Jinnah House attack case.
