Rawalpindi Police provided details of cases against PTI founder Imran khan’s Bushra Bibi in the Islamabad High Court (IHC).
Rawalpindi Police has named Bushra Bibi as an accused in 11 cases of May 9. The report was submitted by CPO Rawalpindi in IHC. The FIA and Balochistan Police did not submit their reply in the court, on which the hearing was adjourned till Monday, issuing notice to them again.
The NAB prosecutor submitted a response to the court order. The court was told that four cases are registered against Bushra Bibi in NAB, three cases are registered in NAB Rawalpindi and one case is registered in NAB Lahore.
IHC Chief Justice High Court Amir Farooq heard the case. Rawalpindi and Islamabad police also submitted their responses.
The physical remand of the founder of PTI and his wife Bushra Bibi was extended by 10 days in the new Toshakhana reference.
The accountability court ordered that the two accused be produced again on August 8 along with the progress report in the investigation.
National Accountability Bureau (NAB) team had arrested Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi after they were released in the Iddat Nikah case.
The new case related to Toshakhana was an inquiry report of NAB in which the anti-graft watchdog has claimed that the former prime minister and his wife 'kept and sold 10 valuable gifts'.
