Balochistan Cheif Minister Sarfraz Bagti said he would take the decision related to restricting the 4G services in the Assembly as he claimed that terrorists are taking advantage of 4G telecommunication services.
Bugti termed the Balochistan one of the deadliest attacks on August 26 as an ‘organized kind of conspiracy’ against the state.
“There are many people in the government machinery who take money from us and sympathize with terrorists and profiling all such people,” he said.
No need for grand operation
The Chief Minister of Balochistan said there is no need for any grand operation and security forces would conduct an intelligence-based operation (IBO).
“These are not angry Baloch but terrorists,” he said.
“We will protect the citizens by setting up check posts,” he added and commented there are voices against the creation of check posts by the judiciary.
Meeting Quetta
Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi called on Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti in Quetta on Tuesday wherein they discussed issues about the law and order situation and measures taken for the protection of the lives of people in the province.
They strongly condemned the recent terrorist attacks and paid rich tribute to the sacrifices of martyred Security personnel.
They also expressed sympathy with bereaved families.
The Interior Minister said we will extend full cooperation to the Provincial government for peace in Balochistan.
The Balochistan Chief Minister said more steps would be taken to ensure peace in the province.
It has been decided to appoint new ASPs in Balochistan to overcome the shortage of police officers. The meeting decided to approve the funds required to improve the security situation will be taken from the Apex committee.
“Staff and facilities will be increased to resolve passport issues in Chaman while FIA will take effective action to prevent anti-state activities and propaganda on social media,” the meeting decided.
