The first information reports (FIRs) lodged on Saturday against former first lady Bushra Bibi in Okara and Bahawalnagar following controversial statements she made during a recent press conference.
According to details, the case in Okara was registered at Sadar police station. In his complaint, Ahmed accused Bushra Bibi of attempting to spread religious hatred through her statements against Saudi Arabia.
He said: "Bushra Bibi remarks were provocative and could incite religious chaos and potentially a civil war in Pakistan."
According to the FIR, her comments were deemed to undermine Pakistan’s democratic values, which allow individuals to live according to their religion without inciting hatred.

The Okara police station had launched an investigation into the matter following the registration of the FIR.
In a related development, a similar FIR has been filed against Bushra Bibi in Bahawalnagar, where Asif, the complainant, accused her of damaging the prestige of the country and negatively impacting its foreign relations.
The Bahawalnagar FIR stated, "Bushra Bibi’s allegations harmed Pakistan’s international standing and foreign policy."
