Former prime minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi has called for the formation of a unity government to tackle Pakistan’s growing political and economic challenges.
Speaking on Samaa TV talk show 'Nadeem Malik Live', Abbasi emphasized the need for collaboration between the country’s political, judicial, and military leadership to develop a consensus-driven agenda aimed at resolving the nation’s pressing issues.
Abbasi suggested that leaders from all key institutions should come together for a national dialogue to identify the core problems facing Pakistan and agree on practical solutions.
“Talented and experienced individuals should be tasked with implementing this agreed-upon agenda,” he said, stressing that a unified approach was essential for steering the country out of its current crises.
The former prime minister warned that without such collective action, Pakistan’s problems would continue to deepen. "Apart from this, there is no solution to Pakistan's problems," he added.
