Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party (IPP) has introduced significant structural changes in Punjab under the approval of party president and federal minister Abdul Aleem Khan. The provincial party organization has been divided into four zones, with new leadership appointments announced for North and West Punjab following the restructuring of South Punjab.
According to the issued notifications, MNA Gul Asghar Baghor has been appointed as President of IPP North Punjab, while former provincial minister Chaudhry Zaheeruddin will serve as President of IPP West Punjab. Additionally, Farukh Maneka has been designated as the General Secretary of West Punjab, and Mian Junaid Zulfiqar has been appointed as the Vice President of IPP Punjab.
Abdul Aleem Khan emphasized that IPP remains committed to public service beyond political affiliations. He directed the newly appointed office bearers to strengthen the party at the grassroots level and promote a message of prosperity and peace.
Several central party leaders, including Rana Nazir Ahmad Khan, Shoaib Siddiqui, Malik Zaman Naseeb, and Mian Junaid Zulfiqar, attended the meeting. IPP representatives from various regions, including Rana Usman from Lahore, Ateeq Ghumman from Hafizabad, Mian Hamza from Gujranwala, and Rana Raheel from Rahim Yar Khan, also met with Abdul Aleem Khan.
Meanwhile, IPP Students Federation Punjab President Muhammad Afzal, General Secretary Muhammad Saleem, Vice President Rana Naeem, and Finance Secretary Naqash Afzal also held discussions with the party leadership. On this occasion, party members congratulated Abdul Aleem Khan on the government completing its first year.
Abdul Aleem Khan reaffirmed that IPP will continue its journey of public service, ensuring a strong organizational framework for the party across Punjab.
