The University of Health Sciences (UHS) has released the second selection list for admissions to 32 private medical colleges in Punjab.
The list, available on the UHS website, includes candidates selected for 1,744 vacant MBBS seats.
According to UHS, the minimum merit for MBBS admissions has dropped by 4.17% in this second selection phase.
Important deadlines for candidates
Newly admitted candidates must submit their fees and complete the joining process by February 17. Additionally, students who have been upgraded to different colleges must also report to their new institutions before the deadline.
To facilitate the transition, the fees of upgraded students will be transferred by their previous colleges to their newly allotted institutions.
Candidates are advised to check the official UHS website for further details and ensure timely compliance with admission requirements.
Last week, the UHS announced the first selection list for MBBS admissions in private medical colleges across Punjab. According to the merit list, the minimum closing merit was 79.7343%, recorded at Sahara Medical College, Narowal.
Sharif Medical and Dental College, Lahore, had the highest closing merit at 92.8939%, followed closely by Al-Aleem Medical College, Lahore, at 92.6455%. Several other prominent medical colleges also had high closing merits, including:
