Armed terrorists launched an attack late at night on the Mangak area of Lower Kurram, police reported. The attackers fled after security forces retaliated, with no casualties reported.
According to police sources, the assailants targeted Mangak village using heavy and automatic weapons.
Tribal leader Jalal Bangash condemned the repeated violations of the peace agreement, calling it unfortunate. He urged the government to take action against the attackers in accordance with the agreement.
