A heated exchange between Fawad Chaudhry and Shoaib Shaheen outside Adiala Jail turned physical, with Fawad allegedly slapping Shoaib, causing him to fall and injure his arm.
While earlier reports suggested that the two leaders had reconciled following the PTI founder's intervention, Shoaib Shaheen has now denied any such settlement.
Speaking to the media outside the jail, Shoaib Shaheen strongly criticized Fawad Chaudhry, calling him a "fugitive." He stated, “Fawad Chaudhry slapped me, but that was enough of a response for him.” He further claimed that the PTI founder condemned the altercation and insisted that no reconciliation had taken place, contradicting Fawad's earlier statement.
Shoaib Shaheen also made it clear that he would not file any complaint against Fawad, either with the police or within the party but declared, "I will never forgive him."
According to inside sources, Shoaib raised his complaint before the PTI founder inside the courtroom and even showed his hand injury. However, the party leader chose to remain silent on the matter. The scuffle occurred near Gate No. 5 of Adiala Jail, where prison staff had to intervene to separate the two leaders.
