Supreme Court Chief Justice Yahya Afridi presided over a high-level meeting attended by heads of various departments of the Supreme Court.
The meeting reviewed the implementation of the e-filing system and discussed judicial reforms.
According to statement, the chief justice emphasized the need to further enhance accessibility, accountability, and transparency in the judicial system.
He stated that the purpose of judicial reforms is not only to reduce the burden of cases but also to ensure the timely delivery of justice to litigants. "Litigants are the primary stakeholders in the justice system, and treating them with respect improves the judiciary's perception," he remarked.
The meeting reaffirmed the commitment to strengthening the legal framework and ensuring efficient court procedures.
