The national airline has been witnessing one of the worst financial and administrative crises of its own history. Around 250 flights were canceled between 14 and 22 October. But the irony is the aviation ministry and PIA administration are mysteriously silent and have no answers to the questions on the crisis.
SAMAA TV contacted the Secretary of Aviation for an interview to know the position of the Ministry of Aviation, but despite agreeing to the time and answering questions, the Secretary of aviation did not respond.
