The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) teams on Sunday Asif Mahmood and Bilal Hasan are among the arrested accused.
The FIA said that the accused was involved in the smuggling of the Pakistanis from China to Hong Kong.
The agency said on instructions of the Prime Minister's Office, their teams investigated 35 Pakistanis involved in trafficking.
In the investigation of the affected Pakistanis, the main trafficker Asif Mahmood was identified and now he has been arrested at the airport while returning to Pakistan from China.
“On the identification of Asif, the main facilitator accused Bilal Hasan was also arrested,” the FIA said.

The accused made fake documents and pretended to be businessmen to the immigrants and also used to give formal training to the immigrants for immigration clearance.
“The accused had an organized human trafficking network on both sides of the border while raids were conducted at several places on the identification of the arrested accused,” he said.
The FIA recovered several passports, laptops, and other documents during the raids while bank accounts used by human traffickers were also frozen.
“Transactions worth crores in bank accounts, fictitious companies were also created,” the agency said.
The FIA spokesperson said that letters were sent to the relevant institutions regarding the registered fictitious companies of the accused time.
