In a recent interview on the show Had Kardi, Pakistani actress Rabya Kulsoom addressed the issue of unprofessionalism within the entertainment industry.
She highlighted two main behaviours that she considers unprofessional: actors who arrive late and actors who create controversies.
Regarding actors who arrive late, Kulsoom stated, "Those who don't arrive in time are unprofessional actors. They show a lack of respect for their colleagues and the production team."
She emphasized that actors should prioritize punctuality and professionalism.
On the topic of actors who create controversies, Kulsoom commented, "Some actors deliberately create controversies to gain attention. They may make controversial statements or criticize other actors in the industry."
She expressed her disapproval of such actions, stating that they undermine the integrity of the profession.
Kulsoom further elaborated on the issue of creating controversies, using an example: "If I wanted to create a controversy, I would simply say that Srha Asghar is not a professional actor and it's really hard to work with her."
