The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) reserved a verdict in the case of the removal of the former chairman of PTI from the party leadership on Tuesday.
A five-member bench headed by Chief Election Commissioner Sikander Sultan Raja heard and reserved a verdict regarding the disqualification of the former Chairman of PTI.
Petitioner Khalid Mehmood argued no one recognized PTI's intra-party elections including PTI founder member Akbar S Babar.
He further argued that ECP wrote in the order PTI chairman is a convicted person and could not hold any position in the party.
Chief Election Commissioner Sultan Sikandar Raja said that the founder chairman of PTI did not contest the election, we cannot say anything about it,
