The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) reserved a verdict in the case of the removal of the former chairman of PTI from the party leadership on Tuesday.
A five-member bench headed by Chief Election Commissioner Sikander Sultan Raja heard and reserved a verdict regarding the disqualification of the former Chairman of PTI.
Petitioner Khalid Mehmood argued no one recognized PTI's intra-party elections including PTI founder member Akbar S Babar.
He further argued that ECP wrote in the order PTI chairman is a convicted person and could not hold any position in the party.
