Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Raja Aslam Khan on Thursday decided to join the Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q).
Alamgir had decided to bid farewell to the PML-N after he was not awarded the party ticket.
Addressing the press conference, Khan vowed to contest elections with verve on the PML-Q's ticket.
PML-Q leader Chaudhry Wajahat Hussain had welcomed Raja Aslam Khan to the party. "We have completed our panel from NA-62.''
The PML-Q had awarded the party ticket to Raja Muhammad Aslam from PP-27 and Naeem Raza Kotla from PP-28.

PML-N leader Talal Chaudhry faced on Thursday exclusion from the forthcoming elections on Thursday.
The development came after a ticket was awarded to Malik Nawab Sher Waseer from NA-96 Jaranwala.
Malik Nawab Sher Waseer, previously triumphant on the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf ticket in the 2018 elections,.
In the 2013 elections, Talal Chaudhry secured a seat as a Member of the National Assembly from the same constituency.
Talal Chaudhry encountered legal challenges in Faisalabad due to a disqualification in a contempt of court case.
