Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader Dr Asim Hussain invited the Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan’s (MQM-P) disgruntled leaders to join the party.
Speaking to the media in Karachi, Hussain lashed out at the MQM-P, saying, “Those who claim to be the champions of Karachi have dragged the city into the darkness.”

PTI leader Irfan Iqbal Marral joined the Pakistan Peoples Party on Saturday.
The development came after Marral held a meeting with former Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani in Multan.
On this occasion, Marral had decided to join the PPP.
