Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Aslam Rind on Sunday decided to contest the general elections as an independent candidate.
Rind, who is candidate from PB-42 (Quetta), said, “I will contest elections as an independent candidate for not getting the PML-N’s ticket.”

PML-N leaders Sardar Ayub Khan and Sardar Mehboob Khan joined the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) on Sunday.
The development came after both leaders held a meeting with former prime minister Yousuf Raza Gilani in Multan.
