Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Omar Ayub on Tuesday accused Haripur police of the ''attempted abduction'' of PTI candidate Akbar Ayub.
Taking to X (formerly Twitter), Omar Ayub said: ‘’Attempt was made to abduct Akbar Ayub when he was going for the corner meeting’’.
‘’Where does the level playing field exist for the PTI?'' he said.

The PTI founder said on Tuesday that the general elections should be held at any cost on February 8.
Speaking to the media in Adiala Jail, the PTI founder said, ‘’I had invited Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan to join the PTI in 2018.’’
He claimed, ‘’Our candidates are mobilised to run their election campaign. We are not being allowed to run the election campaign.’’
‘’The tickets of those who are not running the election campaign will be changed,’’ the PTI founder said.
