Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader Aseefa Bhutto-Zardari expressed optimism on Thursday about her party's victory in the upcoming elections, slated to happen on February 8.
Addressing the public gathering in Khipro, Aseefa recalled the flash floods, saying, "We are bothered about the masses' problems. Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari was standing with the masses during the floods.''
She resolved: "Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari will provide the ownership rights to you [masses].''
Aseefa vowed to address the problems in line with the gas outages.
"We will have to snatch our rights from Islamabad," she stated.
– Vote for Bilawal Bhutto to lead country to prosperity –
Few days back, Aseefa urged the people to cast votes for former foreign minister Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari to lead the country towards prosperity.
Addressing the rally in Hyderabad, Aseefa said: “We [PPP] will continue to fight for the rights of you people. We had initiated the Peoples Bus Service for the masses and the Pink Bus Service for the women.”
“The masses should ensure to vote for the PPP to make Bilawal Bhutto the next premier. Our manifesto is meant for the poorest segment of society.”
Speaking about former prime minister Benazir Bhutto, Aseefa said: “Benazir Bhutto was the voice of the country, and now Bilawal Bhutto is the voice of the masses.”
