The blast reportedly took place outside the JUI-F's district office in Qila Saifullah Bazaar, which was also being used as JUI-F leader Maulana Abdul Wasay's election office.
The minister said JUI-F leader Maulana Abdul Wasay remained safe in this blast. Maulana Wasay is a nominee from PB-3 constituency of Qila Saifullah.
It should be noted that both Pishin and Qila Saifullah, which came under attack within a matter of hours of each other on Wednesday, share borders with Afghanistan.
This explosion comes on the heels of an earlier horrific explosion that ripped through an election office in PB-47 constituency of Khanozai in Pishin district, leaving at least 14 people dead and 30 injured.
