The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has announced extensive security measures to ensure a peaceful voting process in which over 130,000 personnel from the Pakistan Army and Civil Armed Forces, along with nearly 24,000 security personnel, are deployed across the country.
Over 465,000 Police personnel will be stationed to maintain order during the election process.
The ECP in collaboration with Law Enforcement Agencies LEAs, aims to create a secure environment for voters to cast their ballots without fear or intimidation.
With 106,942 Quick Response Force (QRF) personnel ready for action and 23,940 security personnel on permanent duty, authorities are confident in their ability to safeguard the electoral process.
These measures underscore the commitment of Pakistan's military and law enforcement agencies to uphold the integrity of the democratic process and ensure that citizens can exercise their right to vote freely and safely.
