Independent candidate Mian Muhammad Khan Bugti from NA-253 announced on Saturday to join the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N).
PML-N President Shehbaz Sharif held a telephonic conversation with Bugti. On this occasion, Bugti expressed full confidence in PML-N supremo Nawaz Sharif and Shehbaz Sharif. Shehbaz had welcomed Bugti in the PML-N.
Bugti said, "I am officially announcing my joining the PML-N. I had not gotten the PML-N ticket. Now, after emerging victorious as an independent candidate, I have joined the PML-N."
"I would like to express my gratitude to the people of my constituency who expressed full confidence in me," he added.
Mian Muhammad Khan Bugti had amassed 46,683 votes from NA-253.

Earlier today, independent candidate Raja Khurram Nawaz joined the PML-N.
Raja Khurram had officially announced joining the PML-N.
He was elected as the MNA from NA-48 in the recently held elections.
