The Lahore Police has taken a significant decision to arrest Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Founder Imran Khan in connection with seven cases related to the events of May 9.
According to sources within the joint investigation team (JIT) probing into the May 9 cases, the former prime minister will face arrest warrants in these cases.

Repeat of May 9 planned: Naqvi
Meanwhile, caretaker Punjab Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi has said that political parties had the right to protest and that no party should be stopped from protesting.
He further claimed that incidents like the May 9 events were planned in the past couple of days, adding that such incidents will be dealt with double the action. "We will not allow incidents like May 9 to happen again," Naqvi stressed.
He then cautioned people against resorting to such incidents.
