PTI leader Salman Akram Raja has been arrested in Lahore during a protest against alleged rigging in elections.
The PTI had called for nationwide protests on Saturday against alleged electoral rigging.

Raja was reportedly arrested when he reached the Jail Road office of the PTI in Lahore, amid slogans from party workers and supporters.

Moments ago, the police also arrested 15 protesters part of the demonstration organized by the PTI in Lahore outside the party’s Jail Road office. As police sprang into action, the protesters reportedly dispersed.
Protests erupted across Pakistan, as supporters of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) party take to the streets, alleging widespread electoral fraud in the recently concluded general elections of 2024.
