Actress Priyanka Chopra-Jonas has unveiled her forthcoming international venture, 'The Bluff', helmed by filmmaker Frank E Flowers, wherein she is set to co-star alongside Hollywood actor Karl Urban, renowned for his role in the popular web series 'The Boys'.
The film is being produced by the Russo brothers, who are also Priyanka’s partners in the 'Citadel' project. This marks Priyanka’s second collaboration with the Russo Brothers, following her role in their Amazon Original series 'Citadel'. However, reports in 2021 suggested that Zoe Saldaña was initially set to lead the film.

Taking to Instagram, Priyanka shared a screenshot of a Deadline article and wrote, “Now and then we had a hope that if we lived and were good, God would permit us to be pirates. -Mark Twain.”
Set in the 19th century Caribbean, 'The Bluff' revolves around a former female pirate portrayed by Priyanka, who finds herself compelled to safeguard her family when the enigmatic repercussions of her past deeds resurface.
Chopra-Jonas not only stars in the film but also assumes the role of a producer, alongside AGBO’s Anthony and Joe Russo, who serve as executive producers of her Prime Video series 'Citadel'. Other notable producers include Angela Russo-Otstot, Michael Disco, and Cisely Saldana and Mariel Saldana of Cinestar Pictures.
Re-sharing the post on his Instagram account, Priyanka's husband, singer Nick Jonas, tagged her and added fire emojis.
Priyanka has an impressive slate lined up for 2024. In addition to starring in 'The Bluff', she is set to appear in 'Heads of State' alongside John Cena and Idris Elba. Fans can also anticipate her return in the second season of 'Citadel'.
Furthermore, she is expected to make a Bollywood comeback in Farhan Akhtar’s 'Jee Le Zara', sharing the screen with Alia Bhatt and Katrina Kaif.
