Asad-ur-Rahman Gillani, a grade-21 officer, got the charge of principal secretary to the prime minister.
The Establishment Division also issued a notification for the appointment of Asad-ur-Rehman Gilani as Principal Secretary to the Prime Minister.
Earlier, Gilani was serving as Additional Secretary-in-charge. On the other hand, captain retired Khurram Agha was removed from the post of principal secretary to the prime minister.
Notification has been issued to appoint Khurram Agha as Secretary Commerce Division. Secretary Saleh Farooqui has been instructed to report to the Establishment Division.
