Grand Democratic Alliance chief Sadaruddin Shah Rashidi has announced to support Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) call for a protest scheduled for Sunday.
Addressing a press conference in Karachi on Friday, he underlined the need for collective action and unity to restore the people’s mandate.
The GDA chief reiterated the aim of their joint struggle, stressing the importance of upholding democratic principles.
Shah also highlighted the discrepancy between votes and election outcomes, suggesting foul play in the electoral process. He voiced dissatisfaction with the election results, citing concerns about the legitimacy of the electoral process.
Sadaruddin Shah Rashidi while underscoring the glaring issues surrounding the election, asserted that efforts to undermine the electoral process were evident. He also condemned the manipulation of votes and expressed dismay over the prevalence of electoral malpractices.
