Section 144 imposed across Punjab for a week

The Punjab government has imposed Section 144 across the province for a week.

Punjab Home Department has issued a notification under Article 41 of the Constitution of Pakistan.

A ban will be imposed on rallies, jalsas (public gatherings), processions, dharnas (sit-ins), and other activities throughout the province.
