The national cricket team all-rounder, Imad Wasim, is out of the first match of the ongoing T20 World Cup taking place in the USA.
Team captain Babar Azam confirmed that Imad Wasim was suffering from a side strain, due to which he would not be able to play the first match. He added that he was hopeful for the rest of the matches.
Babar Azam said it did not matter if there was no warm-up match because the team have arrived in the United States right after concluding another series. He added that this was the first time that cricket was being played in America, so nobody should think that certain things were not happening, or they were not getting something.

It should be noted that the Pakistan cricket team will play its first match of the World Cup against the USA on June 6.
