Federal Minister for Information Attaullah Tarar said Pakistan wants good relations with all of its neighbors and set conditions for normalization of ties between Pakistan and India.
Minister of Information and Broadcasting gave an important statement on Pakistan-India relations.
“We want good relations with neighbors and economic recovery of Pakistan. Economic development is not possible without peace with all neighbors, but it can be done on the level of equality,” he said.
“Discrimination against minorities in India and solution of Kashmir are problems for good ties between both countries,” adding that he said: “Things are difficult to move forward. But it has to happen someday.”

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has extended his congratulations to Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on his re-election and swearing-in ceremony.
Sharif conveyed his message of felicitation to Modi through his social media account on X, marking a diplomatic gesture between the two neighbouring countries.
Later in the day, the Indian prime minister responded by retweeting Shehbaz's tweet on X, and thanking him for the "warm wishes".
"Thank you @cmshehbaz for your good wishes," the Indian PM wrote.
