The seventh death anniversary of Major Jamal Sheran Baloch was observed on July 17, 2023. Major Sheran, who hailed from Turbat in the Kech district of Balochistan, was martyred on July 17, 2017.

To commemorate his sacrifice, officers, and personnel from the Pakistan Army and Frontier Corps (FC) Balochistan, along with the martyr's family, visited his grave. They laid floral wreaths and offered prayers in his memory.
The ceremony was held to pay homage to Major Sheran's ultimate sacrifice for the nation.
