Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President Nawaz Sharif, Interior Minister Syed Mohsin Raza Naqvi and Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz resolved on Wednesday to jointly combat khawarij.
According to details, Naqvi had called on Nawaz and The Punjab CM Maryam. On this occasion, matters pertaining to mutual interests were underscored.
The leaders also pointed out the situation in line with katcha area and provincial border posts.
Nawaz, Naqvi and the Punjab CM agreed to join hands for improving law and order in the country.

On the other side, Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi and Balochistan Chief Minister Sarfaraz Bugti held separate meetings with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif in Lahore to discuss key national issues, including security, the repatriation of Afghan nationals, and development projects in Balochistan.
Naqvi briefs PM on security and Afghan repatriation
During his meeting, Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi congratulated the prime minister on Eidul Fitr and briefed him on the security measures implemented across the country during the festive period. The progress of the ongoing process for the repatriation of Afghan nationals was also discussed in detail.
Prime Minister Sharif expressed satisfaction over the law and order situation, particularly during Eid, and commended the efforts of law enforcement agencies in maintaining peace. The meeting also covered various matters related to the Ministry of Interior.
Balochistan CM discusses law & order
Separately, Balochistan Chief Minister Sarfaraz Bugti met the PM and extended Eid greetings. In a post on his official account on X, Bugti revealed that the two leaders held a detailed discussion on the province’s economic and social development, as well as its security situation. They also exchanged views on the law and order situation in the province.
