The Overseas Pakistanis Global Foundation held a special event at its headquarters in Barcelona, Spain, to pay tribute to Pakistan's martyrs. This ceremony followed a similar event organized by the foundation in New Jersey, USA, the previous week.
The Barcelona event was presided over by Chaudhry Imran Akhtar, President of Spain chapter, along with senior member Muhammad Salman Gondal, community activist Muhammad Sajid Gondal, and Mirza Baig.
Farhan Akhtar Mehr, Senior Vice President for Europe, referred to Pakistan's martyrs as "homeland heroes" during the ceremony. He expressed the foundation's commitment to sharing the stories of these martyrs' sacrifices across Europe.
Members of the foundation praised Pakistan's efforts against terrorism and expressed solidarity with the families of Pakistan Army soldiers martyred in Bannu.
The event highlighted the international recognition of the sacrifices made by Pakistan's armed forces, both within the country and abroad.
