The Meteorological Department has forecasted a continuation of rain in Karachi on Monday and Tuesday.
Recent statistics indicate varying rainfall across the city, with the highest recorded at 4.2 mm on University Road.
Other areas reported lower amounts: Saddar received 4 mm, Korangi 2.4 mm, and Nazimabad 2.2 mm. Rainfall at Old Airport, Gulshan Hadid, Kemari, PF Base Masroor, Jinnah Terminal, Shahrah Faisal, and Quaidabad ranged from 1.5 mm to 1 mm.
The city’s maximum temperature reached 31.5°C, accompanied by a relative humidity of 75%. The Meteorological Department anticipates light rain to persist through Monday and Tuesday, with the weather expected to remain moderate. The maximum temperature during this period is projected to range between 30°C and 32°C.
Additionally, the new monsoon system may bring rain to various districts in rural Sindh over the coming days.
