Ameer Musab, the brother of the slain Ameer Balaj, has released a video statement appealing to the Lahore capital city police officer for justice.
Ameer Musab has alleged that Teefi Butt and Gogi Butt are hatching a conspiracy to kill him and his younger brother. He also alleged the involvement of a Punjab Police DSP in this plot.
In the recording, he said the purpose of the video was to outline the long history of violence against his family. He claimed his family had been suffering for the past 30 years, with multiple family members falling victim to targeted killings. Musab said Teefi Butt got his grandfather killed through proclaimed offenders. In 2010, he said, his father was murdered, followed by the killing of his brother, Ameer Balaj, in 2024.

"My family has been enduring these tragedies for decades, and we can no longer bear any more losses," Musab said. He asked the security institutions where the suspects were who were behind all these killings. "Gogi and Teefi Butt are involved in the murder of my grandfather, father and brother," Ameer Musab alleged, and asked if the institutions knew where Gogi and Teefi Butt were.
"My family cannot bear any more losses," the youngster remarked, adding that the people he named were constantly planning to harm him and his family. He urged the authorities to arrest Teefi and Gogi Butt as soon as possible.

In the video, Musab also mentioned that the recent inclusion of his brother's name in the murder case of Javed Butt -- Teefi Butt's brother-in-law -- is part of the ongoing conspiracy against his family. He urged the Lahore CCPO to take immediate action and arrest Teefi and Gogi Butt before further harm befalls his family.
He further warned once again that plans were being hatched to kill him and his younger brother.
"This is not just an appeal for justice, but a plea for survival. I request the authorities to take notice and bring the perpetrators to justice before it's too late," Musab concluded.
