Barricades and containers removed, roads fully opened for traffic
SAMAA TV reported that all barricades and containers blocking roads within the city have been removed, allowing the complete restoration of traffic flow. Murree Road and surrounding areas have now been opened, providing much-needed relief to commuters.
Authorities confirmed that all obstacles have been cleared, and traffic has resumed across Rawalpindi as normal. The removal of roadblocks marks an end to the disruptions that had been affecting the city's daily routine for some time.

Constable Abdul Hameed Shah was tragically martyred after being abducted and tortured by miscreants, according to a police spokesperson. Shah succumbed to his injuries at the hospital following the brutal incident.
Shaheed Abdul Hameed was on Law and Order duty at No. 26 Chongi when he was abducted. A resident of Abbott, he was serving in the Investigation Wing of the Islamabad Police. Having joined the force in 1988, Constable Shah was just three months away from his retirement after a long and dedicated career.
His martyrdom has cast a shadow of grief over the Islamabad Police, with officials mourning the loss of a brave officer who was nearing the end of his service.
