Chennai-based structural steel design and detailing firm, has gifted an impressive 28 cars and 29 bikes to its dedicated workforce in a bid to elevate employee morale and productivity.
The selection of vehicles includes popular brands like Hyundai, Tata, and Maruti Suzuki, alongside luxury options such as Mercedes-Benz.
Sridhar Kannan, Managing Director of Team Detailing Solutions, stated that this initiative serves as a token of appreciation for the employees’ unwavering dedication and contributions to the company’s growth. He emphasized the belief that employees are the company's "greatest assets," and the reward system is meticulously designed based on individual performance and years of service.
The program aims to turn employees' dreams of vehicle ownership into reality, providing them with vehicles within a capped budget. Employees have the option to upgrade their vehicles by covering the additional costs themselves. Additionally, the company has doubled its marriage assistance fund, now offering ₹1 lakh to employees getting married, an increase from the previous ₹50,000.
Kannan expressed confidence that this initiative will not only enhance employee motivation but also cultivate a more productive work environment within the company, which boasts a workforce of 180 individuals, many of whom come from humble backgrounds.
