Another officer of the Lahore Police has been exposed as a drug dealer as the officer identified as police constable Waqas was involved in smuggling drugs using drones in the border area of Lahore.
Waqas, along with two companions, allegedly used this innovative but illegal method to transport drugs undetected.
The Lahore police, acting on intelligence, arrested Waqas from a village near Sialkot.
During the arrest, authorities recovered drones, a service card, and a large quantity of drugs.
Waqas and his accomplices are residents of the border area and have been actively involved in this illegal activity for some time. Following the arrest, a case has been registered, and further investigations are underway to determine the full extent of their operations.
