Former Pakistan Test cricketer Hasan Raza believed on Wednesday that India-Pakistan match will be held under hybrid-model.
Speaking on Samaa Digital's programme "Zor Ka Jor", Raza underscored the "security challenges" with hosting India – issues surrounding security, broadcasters and logistical concerns.
Raza claimed: "Despite the past, when former Indian captain MS Dhoni’s team toured Pakistan, the situation had been different."
"PCB Chairman Syed Mohsin Raza Naqvi had made considerable efforts to bring foreign teams back. But under the current circumstances, it was clear that Pakistan-India matches would likely continue under a hybrid model," he asserted.
He stated: "The security measures for the international players are more stringent as they represent their countries, and thus, keeping their security systems in high alert is crucial."
Raza said: "The PCB chairman should not push India too hard, as it is unlikely for the Indian team to visit."
