Sarah Wilkinson was joined by 40 close friends and family members for the ceremony on September 30 with another 40 in attendance for the evening celebration at a tennis club across the street.
Her friends were not surprised by her unconventional choice to marry herself, and she said everyone had a great time.
She wrote 14 vows for herself, including a promise to never give up control of the TV remote.
Sarah came up with the idea for her self-wedding when she turned 40 during lockdown and decided to buy the diamond engagement ring she had always wanted.
